At AirstonePark, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations for our various offerings. By purchasing any product or service from AirstonePark, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Photography Workshops and Events
2.1 Cancellation by Customer
For in-person and virtual photography workshops and events, the following cancellation policy applies:
- More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the event: No refund available.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
2.2 Workshop Transfer
If you are unable to attend a workshop you've registered for, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, or transfer to another available workshop date (subject to availability) with the following conditions:
- More than 15 days before the event: Free transfer.
- Less than 15 days before the event: Transfer subject to a 25% administrative fee.
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
2.3 Cancellation by AirstonePark
If AirstonePark cancels a workshop or event for any reason, participants will be offered either:
- A full refund of the registration fee
- Transfer to another workshop date
- Credit for a future workshop of equal value
AirstonePark is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation arrangements, in the event of a workshop cancellation.
3. Digital Products
3.1 E-Books, Tutorials, and Presets
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books, tutorials, presets, and other downloadable content are final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated.
However, if you experience technical difficulties with downloading or accessing the digital product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you in resolving the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
3.2 Defective or Incorrect Products
If you believe the digital product you received is defective or materially different from what was advertised, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your request and may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A refund
4. Online Courses and Memberships
4.1 Online Courses
For our online courses:
- Within 7 days of purchase and less than 25% course completion: Full refund available.
- After 7 days or more than 25% course completion: No refund available.
Refund requests for online courses must be submitted to [email protected] and include your order number and reason for the refund request.
4.2 Membership Subscriptions
For recurring membership subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].
- Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing period.
If you've prepaid for an annual membership, you may request a prorated refund for the unused months, less any applicable discounts received for the annual commitment and a 15% administrative fee.
5. One-on-One Mentoring and Consultations
5.1 Cancellation by Customer
For scheduled one-on-one mentoring sessions and consultations:
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
- 24-48 hours before the scheduled session: 50% refund or rescheduling subject to a 25% fee.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No refund available.
5.2 Cancellation by Mentor
If your mentor or consultant needs to cancel a session, you will be offered either:
- Rescheduling at a mutually convenient time
- A full refund
- Credit for a future session
6. Refund Process
6.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email [email protected] with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number or purchase date
- Product or service purchased
- Reason for the refund request
6.2 Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days
6.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
7. Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you experience an emergency or unusual situation that prevents you from attending a workshop or using a service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer alternatives or exceptions to our standard refund policy at our discretion.
AirstonePark reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we have reason to believe that a customer is abusing our refund policy or attempting to commit fraud.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically to stay informed of updates.
